Emmy, imprisoned when she followed her owner into the garden shed in Toray which he locked up for the winter, left tongue marks on the glass. The family has since moved and given Emmy to the Blue Cross animal centre, reports the BBC. Centre manager Laura Valentine said the family had been upset at the accidental distress they caused the 10-year-old cat. "She is absolutely fine now and is a little fighter," she added.
