Has anyone considered the fact that he wasn't actually trying to rob the safe but, in fact, desperate to use the bathroom? So many people who wear black clothing, carry drills, explosives and other tools that can be mistaken for burglary paraphernalia (and a bag that says "swag" of course) are arrested when all they want to do is tinkle.
It would be an interesting defence in court!

There's Gold in That There Poop!
The thing I thought of first was gold teeth and people cleaning them.
Then I thought of lost jewelry down the toilet. It turns out its just industrial waste.

She may well have been virgin, but she was definitely a woman. Yes, it may be in poor taste, but women do actually have breasts. And I'm assuming the Virgin Mary did too.

Laura Zuniga, a Mexican beauty queen was arrested in the company of heavily armed, suspected drug traffickers and has been stripped of her Hispanic American beauty title.
Laura and seven men were detained at a military checkpoint in central Mexico on Monday. Police found assault rifles and $55,000 in cash in the luxury vehicles they had been driving.
