Everyone seemed to benefit here. The donors felt good because they were helping a little old lady, the little old lady got her money back, the charities got a donation and the thieving motorists got free money from heaven.
An elderly woman thought she had lost $1,000 in a freak accident when it blew away - but she got it all back, and more, from donations.
