So this town is analyzing the DNA of dog poop - both on the ground and in the doggie bins to reward or punish owners as appropriate. I knew this technology would one day find a more useful application than catching murderers! (Never see that on CSI...)

Poop Saves the Planet!
I knew all those years weren't wasted....
A cheap system to recycle human waste into biogas and fertiliser may allow 2.6 billion people in the world access to toilets and reduce global warming, an Indian environmental expert said Tuesday.
